Methods for Upskilling
Method 1: Using Prompts for Upskilling Suggestions
- Navigate to Main Screen:
- From the main screen of the PathPilot interface, locate the "Upskilling" option in the bottom left.
Select a Prompt:
You will be presented with the following prompt options:
“Give me some upskilling suggestions based on my resume and job preferences”
“Give me some upskilling suggestions based on one of my saved jobs”
“Give me some upskilling suggestions based on a specific job / role I’m interested in.”
Select the prompt most relevant to your goals.
Review Recommendations:
PathPilot will analyze your prompt and respond with resources for both hard and soft skills development. This list can include relevant courses, and other learning resources.
Method 2: Natural Language Upskilling Queries
- Navigate to Main Screen:
- From the main PathPilot interface, use the chat input box, located at the bottom of the screen.
Type a Question:
Type in any upskilling-related question into the chat field using natural language
For example: “I am interested in mindfulness, what are the top podcasts for mindfulness?"
Review the Results:
PathPilot will then respond with both resources directly related to the question asked, as well as suggested areas of learning that were pulled from your profile and resume.
